Best cooling&heating(also compression!) recovery product on the market

This device can get hot and cold which i think it's perfect. It can be very hot, but it also has warm mode. And i can download APP to adjust the warm or hot, cool or icy. So it's perfect.
I have also used Hyperice's and Therabody's products for recovery after training. However I saw this xpolar brace two weeks ago, which i think it's way more better and definitely help in recovery after intensive training.
The overall quality and texture of this brace are quite good, and the price is even cheaper than H and T's product
Other products use vibration, but xpolar brace uses airbag compression, which I think is more effective for my circulation. The cooling and heating mode are also very stable. The package contains instructions for the operation, and there is an APP to control the brace. I love the customize mode btw.
I used it every day for a week after receiving it, and the battery can be used for more than three cold mode (one cold mode session is 15 mins, so it should actually last more than 50 mins. And the heat mode can last much longer. I did not use the hot mode until the brace ran out of power. The manual says it lasts more than two hours on hot mode only).
It's easy to use, the app makes it easier. As for now I love this brace. This xpolar brace is really a good one. I think we need more good products like this.

Awesome Gadget for Sports Recovery and Muscle Relief

It’s got a really sleek design, and compared to similar products, it’s pretty solid in terms of functionality. It has both heating and cooling features, which is awesome! Super smart device—my friends who play basketball and ping pong are all using it. It’s perfect for recovery and warming up before games. Plus, it has a massage function that helps relieve muscle soreness on a regular day. The results during recovery or just for daily maintenance are impressive. I’d definitely recommend grabbing one!

A Game Changer

As a hardcore strength training and basketball enthusiast nearing my 40s, the pressure to recover after workouts has become increasingly significant. Previously, I used traditional ice packs for cold and hot therapy and even bought an ice machine to take weekly ice baths, but each method had its own set of inconveniences. For instance, with traditional ice packs, their effectiveness is questionable; after 10 minutes out of a 15-minute session, they lose their coolness too quickly. Additionally, no matter how good the ice pack is, mold becomes an issue over time. Ice baths are equally troublesome, taking up to five or six hours just to prepare 8 kg of ice, and if you have plans afterward, like a meal with friends, all that effort goes to waste, not to mention worrying about drainage once the ice melts.

However, Xploar addresses all these pain points and offers unparalleled advantages. In the week since receiving the product, it has optimized and enhanced my entire workout experience both pre and post-training, saving me a lot of time and making everything much more convenient. The product's performance is top-notch. I haven't been able to manage five basketball games and four strength training sessions per week for the past two or three years, but this week, I easily accomplished all of them with excellent performance, confidently pushing my limits even on the last day.

I hope Xploar continues to improve and brings benefits to more sports enthusiasts!

Working well for me

I got this device as I have very bad knee pains from being on my feet all day for 20 years of working in a warehouse. It has had an immediate impact on the relief of my knee pain. There are multiple preprogrammed settings that go from hot to cold or vise versa and it also does pressure at 3 different levels if you want that - which I used every time as it’s very relaxing.
I was very impressed with how fast it heats up and cools down and neither of them is too strong. But they are strong enough to bring pretty immediate relief to sore muscles.
It charges easily in about 2-3 hours. Then it lasts for about 5-6 sessions or so. The straps were very easy to use and easy to set up. Overall it was incredibly easy to get going as well, the instructions were very clear and the whole device is fairly intuitive.
My knee has been steadily less painful since I started using it. I would recommend this.
