I was very skeptical at first but I am glad I took the chance. I am very happy with the power of the compression and the heating and cooling are acceptable and do the job. Overall I am very happy with the product.

Mine arrived today and I loved using it for the first time. I had total knee replacement in 2022. It really gets cold to the perfect temperature and the compression feature is really nice as well. Haven't tried the heat yet, but I imagine it works well too. It comes in a nice case as well. Worth every penny. I just ordered the smaller version for my shoulders.

Can I use X2 if I have arthritis or ongoing knee discomfort?+
Cold, heat, and compression may help some people manage knee discomfort. Responses vary by condition. Ask your clinician whether X2 and its settings are suitable for you, especially if symptoms persist.
Can I use X2 after an injury or surgery?+
X2 may be part of a post-injury or post-surgery routine. See our guides for knee replacement recovery and ACL recovery. Before using X2, ask your surgeon or physical therapist when to start and which settings are right for your recovery plan.
How long should each session last?+
We recommend 10–15 minutes per session. How often you use X2 depends on your needs and recovery plan.
Can I use X2 while it’s charging?+
Yes. X2 can be used while plugged in with the official adapter included in the box.
What if the Standard Straps are too short?+
The included straps fit knees up to 22 in (56 cm), thighs up to 25.6 in (65 cm), and calves up to 20.5 in (52 cm). For a larger knee or thigh, connect a second set of Standard Straps.
